Booking and Reservations
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from Beeline Cars London
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to check the booking details for accuracy. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Advance Booking: We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak times or for special events.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can be made in advance through our online booking system or directly to the driver.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases where the service is not provided due to fault on our part. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the booking date.
Late Payment: In the case of late payment, Beeline Cars London reserves the right to add interest charges as per UK statutory guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellations: Cancellations made before a vehicle is dispatched are free of charge. If the vehicle has been dispatched to your location, a cancellation fee will apply.
No-Show Policy: Failure to be present at the agreed pickup location within the specified time will be considered a no-show, and the full fare will be charged.
Service Conditions
Right to Refuse Service: Beeline Cars London reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who poses a safety risk to our drivers, other passengers, or the vehicle.
Passenger Conduct: Passengers must behave appropriately during the journey. Any abusive, violent, or illegal behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service, and law enforcement may be notified
Damage to Vehicles: Customers will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, whether intentional or accidental, and will be liable for the cost of repairs.
Liability
Service Interruptions: While we strive to provide timely and reliable service, Beeline Cars London is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Limit of Liability: Our liability is limited to the fare paid by the customer. Beeline Cars London is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
